Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital product from The Edit Studio. The Edit Studio is a trade name of Eureka Client Solutions B.V., and its business details are on the legal information page.

Products and prices

Each product page describes what you receive. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Orders and payments are processed by Payhip.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered straight after payment, as a download link by email. If yours hasn’t arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email me.

Cancelling

Digital products are available to download immediately. At checkout you can ask for immediate access and confirm that you understand you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. If you do, that right ends once your download is available. If you don’t, you can cancel within 14 days of your order by emailing me. If a file is faulty or doesn’t match its description, email me and I’ll replace it or refund you.

Using what you buy

Your purchase is for your own personal use. Please don’t share, resell or republish the files. Copyright stays with The Edit Studio.

The guidance itself

My products offer style and beauty guidance. Skincare guidance is cosmetic, not medical. You decide how to use it, and anything that needs medical attention belongs with a doctor or dermatologist.

The Formula

The Formula is a personalised service with its own terms, which will be published here before it opens for orders.

Liability

If something goes wrong with a purchase, my liability is limited to the price you paid, except where the law doesn’t allow that limit.

Questions and complaints

Email hello@theeditstudio.eu. I aim to reply within two working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the consumer protections of your own country.
